Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to understand client needs to offer the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research new business opportunities through networking, online research, and market analysis.
• Generate leads, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Pitch products and services to prospective clients and conduct presentations.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical) to deliver customized solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM tools.
