Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to generate loads, source transporters, and place vehicles for day-to-day logistics operations. This role is hands-on, target-driven, and closely linked with operations and traffic teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source new clients and generate freight loads
• Identify and onboard transporters and vehicle owners
• Negotiate rates and place vehicles for confirmed loads
• Coordinate with traffic and operations for execution
• Maintain relationships with clients and transport partners

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics sales or operations preferred
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with calls WhatsApp and field coordination
• Results-focused and execution-oriented
