Role & responsibilities

The company is looking for a Business Development Executive / Manager with experience in the Construction, Architecture, Furniture, or Sustainability industry.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in Business Development, preferably in construction / architecture / furniture-related industries.

Industry Exposure:

Candidates who have worked with builders, architects, interior designers, furniture vendors, or real estate projects will be preferred.

Sales & Growth Role:

Ability to:

• Identify new business opportunities
• Handle B2B and B2C clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive sales growth and market expansion per kaam karna

Skills Needed:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Market analysis and business planning
• Presentation and networking abilities

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Tools:

Proficiency in MS Office
