Position OverviewWe are seeking a confident, persuasive, and customer-focused Telesales Executive to manage fresh leads and convert inquiries into confirmed COD orders. The ideal candidate should be comfortable discussing health concerns and explaining product benefits clearly and professionally.


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to fresh inbound leads
  • Understand customer health concerns and recommend suitable products
  • Clearly explain product benefits and usage
  • Handle objections professionally and close sales
  • Confirm COD orders and manage follow-ups
  • Maintain daily call and sales reports
  • Build long-term customer relationships


  • Requirements
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi (basic English is acceptable)
  • Proven telesales or telecalling experience preferred
  • Excellent persuasion and closing abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer knowledge
