Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Meta Platforms

Role Overview

As a BDE at Meta, you will drive growth and innovation across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and the Metaverse. You will act as a strategic bridge between Meta’s product suite and the global business community, forging key alliances to help partners scale their digital presence.

Core Responsibilities

• Partnership Management: Identify, recruit, and manage high-potential partners through the entire lifecycle, from initial pitch to contract execution.
• Ecosystem Growth: Drive adoption of tools like WhatsApp Business API and Meta Spark (AR) to meet revenue and expansion targets.
• Market Intelligence: Use data-driven insights and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
• Strategic Advising: Serve as the main point of contact for partners, providing guidance and business reviews to maximize their ROI on Meta platforms.
• Internal Collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide market feedback and influence the future product roadmap.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic partnerships or enterprise sales (Big Tech/SaaS preferred).
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising and API integrations.
• Excellent communication skills and an adaptable, "move fast" mindset.
