Job Description:

We are looking for an outstanding and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who can generate leads, take regular follow-ups, and close deals successfully. The candidate will be responsible for selling our Derma Products and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through field visits, calls, and references

Promote and sell our Derma products to clients

Take regular follow-ups with potential customers

Convert leads into successful sales

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales/business development (experience in pharma/derma/cosmetics preferred)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Confident, presentable, and result-oriented

Ability to work independently and achieve targets
