Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our client base, convert inquiries into orders, and build strong long-term relationships in the kidswear market.

This role is focused on sales + client retention + repeat business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads (IndiaMART, WhatsApp, Instagram, cold calling)

Convert inquiries into confirmed orders

Manage and grow existing client relationships

Reconnect with inactive clients and drive repeat business

Coordinate with production for smooth order execution

Maintain regular follow-ups and client communication

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years experience in sales (apparel preferred)

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Proactive, target-driven, and consistent

Ability to build long-term client relationships

Basic knowledge of Excel & online sales platforms
