We operate on a structured lead generation and distribution model, providing qualified, intent-driven wedding enquiries to vendors. Our objective is to build India’s most premium wedding lead network.



Role Overview

We are hiring a performance-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to sell PalaceDekho lead packages to wedding vendors, primarily event planners.


This is a revenue-focused B2B sales role responsible for onboarding, closing, and retaining vendor partners.



Key Responsibilities

• Sell PalaceDekho packages to vendors

• Convert wedding vendors into paying subscribers

• Handle objections and close deals confidently

• Guide vendors through registration and payment

• Maintain structured follow-ups and vendor relationships

• Achieve monthly revenue and onboarding targets

• Track performance through CRM / internal sheets


KPIs

• Number of vendors onboarded per month

• Trial-to-monthly conversion ratio

• Monthly recurring revenue generated

• Renewal rate

• Upsell performance



Required Skills

• Strong communication and persuasion ability

• Confident on phone and WhatsApp

• Experience in B2B sales preferred

• Ability to sell premium positioning without discounting

• Consistent follow-up discipline

• Understanding of wedding or service-based industry preferred
