Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.

  • Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Present and explain company products/services to potential clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
  • Understand client hiring/business requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and contracts with clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for deal closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales in CRM tools.
