Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a Seller Support Executive to assist sellers in managing their accounts, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth onboarding and day-to-day operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle seller queries via call, email, or chat in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve seller issues
• Provide guidance on order processing, payments, and listings
• Track and follow up on seller requests and complaints
• Maintain accurate records of seller interactions
• Ensure seller satisfaction and smooth operational support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or equivalent qualification
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and email
• Customer support or coordination experience preferred
• Problem-solving and multitasking ability
