Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with an MBA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
