Job Description
Job Summary:
The Communication Manager will be responsible for managing and driving the communication strategies for COA (Cluster of Achievers) national events and WSS (World School Summit) international events. The role involves overseeing the sales of event passes, dealing with clients, handling queries, and managing the lead generation process. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with strong client management skills and a strategic approach to sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
● Event Pass Sales:
○ Drive the sales of event passes for COA and WSS events, ensuring targets are met.
○ Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
● Client Management:
○ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
● Lead Generation:
○ Manage the lead generation process, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
○ Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that generate quality leads.
○ Follow up on generated leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
● Query Handling:
○ Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
○ Resolve any issues or concerns clients may have, ensuring a positive experience.
○ Provide detailed information about events, schedules, and pricing.
● Communication Strategy:
○ Develop and implement communication strategies that promote COA and WSS events.
○ Work closely with the marketing team to create content the target audience.
○ Ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
● Reporting:
○ Track and report on sales performance, client interactions, and lead generation.
○ Provide regular updates to the management team on progress and challenges.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proven experience in a communication or sales role, preferably in events or education sectors and others sectors .
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
● Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
