We’re looking for a seasoned Business Development professional who understands real sales, not just theory — someone who’s been in the trenches, knows what works, and is excited to bring new ideas, frameworks, and experiments to the table.

Role OverviewAs a Business Development professional at WaveeBar, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead qualification to closure, with WhatsApp as the primary conversion platform. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can sell, think strategically, and continuously optimize the sales process.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business acquisition using WhatsApp-led sales conversations as the core conversion channel
  • Engage, qualify, and convert inbound and outbound leads into paying customers
  • Build and refine WhatsApp sales flows, scripts, follow-ups, and conversion strategies
  • Understand customer pain points and position WaveeBar solutions effectively
  • Bring fresh sales ideas, experiments, and growth strategies to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and offerings
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline tracking
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • What We’re Looking ForProven experience in Business Development / Sales (B2B, SaaS, Tech, or related industries preferred)
  • Hands-on industry experience — you’ve closed deals, not just assisted them
  • Strong experience selling via chat-based platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, live chat, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute day-to-day sales tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset
  • Nice to HaveExperience with WhatsApp Business API or automation tools
  • Background in SaaS, MarTech, CRM, or communication platforms
  • Experience building or scaling early-stage sales processes
