Business Development Executive – Homecare Sales


Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales and business growth for our homecare services in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will focus on building relationships with key stakeholders such as doctors, procurement teams, and HR departments of hospitals, generate leads, and arrange meetings with senior management to achieve revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Meet doctors, hospital HR teams, and procurement departments to present and promote homecare services.
  • Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with hospitals and medical institutions.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  1. Lead Generation and Management:
  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Follow up on direct leads and inquiries to expand the client base.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  1. Meeting Coordination and Sales Presentations:
  • Arrange meetings with senior management and decision-makers in hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Address client queries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

 

  1. Revenue and Target Achievement:
  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets by closing deals and growing client accounts.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Regularly monitor sales performance and report to management.
  1. Market Research and Strategy Development:
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide input on service improvements and market needs based on client feedback.
  1. Regional Focus:
  • Drive sales initiatives in the Delhi NCR region, ensuring optimal market penetration.
  • Manage travel and appointments to cover key areas effectively.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate in any field; MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 0-1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare or homecare services.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to establish and nurture professional relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Good understanding of the healthcare industry is an advantage.
  • Location: Based in or willing to travel across Delhi NCR.
