Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales / Business Development Executive to handle lead calling, client conversion, and offline meetings. The role includes closing digital marketing clients from the hospitality industry as well as converting banquet booking inquiries into confirmed bookings.

This position requires strong communication skills, confidence in sales conversations, and the ability to close deals efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities1. Lead Calling & Sales ClosureCall inbound and outbound leads provided by the company
• Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant services
• Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and emails until deal closure
• Close deals and achieve monthly revenue target.
• Digital Marketing Sales (Hospitality Clients)Sell digital marketing services to banquet halls, hotels, and wedding venues
• Explain service offerings, pricing, and expected outcomes clearly
• Coordinate with internal teams after deal closure for smooth onboarding
• Banquet & Event Booking ClosuresHandle banquet booking inquiries for weddings, corporate events, and social functions
• Share quotations, availability, and banquet packages with clients
• Negotiate pricing within approved limits and close bookings
• Offline Client MeetingsAttend face-to-face client meetings along with senior team members when required
• Support negotiations and assist in deal closures
• Represent the company professionally during meetings
• Reporting & Follow-upsMaintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and closures
• Share daily call reports and weekly sales performance updates
• Track conversion ratios and overall sales performance
