Job Title: Business Development Manager / Sales Manager

Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to support our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue through consultative selling. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:


·    Identify, research, and approach potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, networking, social media).

·    Generate leads and qualify prospects based on set criteria.

·    Conduct product/service presentations and deliver compelling sales pitches to prospective clients.

·    Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s offerings to tailor solutions to client needs.

·    Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

·    Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

·    Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies.

·    Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools.

·    Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to generate leads and stay updated on market trends.

·    Provide regular reports and feedback to the sales leadership team.

Requirements:


·    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

·    1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

·    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·    Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

·    Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.

·    Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):


·    Experience in B2B sales or SaaS industry.
