About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and build long-term relationships with clients in the IT services sector. The role involves identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and selling IT services such as software development, web & mobile app development, digital marketing, and other technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT services in domestic and international markets.
  • Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, etc.).
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized IT service solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
  • Work closely with the technical and delivery team to ensure smooth project handover.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM for lead management and pipeline tracking.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

  • Proven experience in IT sales / software services sales / solution selling (preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads independently and close deals.
  • Comfortable with international client interaction (via calls, emails, video meetings).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Applications and Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
