Job Title: Business Development Executive / Lead Generation Executive

Location: Dichaon Kalan, Najafgarh

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹26,000 + Incentives

Shift: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive / Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads
• Make outbound calls and follow up on inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of leads

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior experience in Business Development is preferred
