Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.


Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities based on customer needs.
  • Effectively present and promote our products/services to prospective customers.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals generated from marketing campaigns and sales efforts.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle objections confidently and negotiate effectively to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance sales strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.


Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, sales, telesales, or a similar role.

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain a motivated attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.


Preferred Skills: Experience in outbound cold calling and lead generation.

  • Knowledge of market trends and industry dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
