Job Description

Join our sales team as a Business Officer Grade 1 with opportunities for growth and competitive compensation.

• Qualifications MBA/PGDM/BBA with an engineering degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience (preferred, but talented freshers are welcome).
• ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth market research to identify leads and potential clients.
• Generate, nurture, and convert high-value leads through various channels, including in-person meetings and industry collaborations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their software and IT service needs.
• Effectively present ABS software solutions and highlight their unique value propositions.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements to successfully close deals.
• Stay updated on industry trends to provide insightful guidance to clients.

Salary & BenefitsCTC: ₹6.00 LPA – ₹8.00 LPA

Fixed Salary: ₹3.00 LPA – ₹4.00 LPA

Incentives: ₹3.00 LPA – ₹6.00 LPA
