Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end insurance processes including policy issuance, servicing, renewals, and claims.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in term insurance and health insurance products.
• Guide clients in selecting suitable insurance plans based on their needs.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Manage documentation, underwriting requirements, and compliance procedures.
• Assist in claim processing and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and insurance guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and MIS reports.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong knowledge of insurance products (term & health) and industry practices.
• Understanding of underwriting, policy servicing, and claims processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (Insurance/Finance/Commerce preferred).
• Certification in insurance (IRDAI or equivalent) is a plus.
• Experience in insurance companies, brokers, or third-party administrators (TPAs).
