Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele Sales Executive with strong exposure to telesales and CRM-based lead management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building dealer/distributor relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential dealers, distributors, and channel partners to promote and sell company products.
• Maintain and update leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system (Zoho CRM preferred).
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products and offers.
• Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to close sales.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to handle customer queries effectively.
• Build long-term business relationships with clients through excellent service and support.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.
