Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager who can independently generate ₹30–40 Cr annual business, with an average ticket size of ₹4 Cr per project, in the interior and construction domain.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and close business opportunities in interior & construction projects
• Achieve annual revenue targets of ₹30–40 Cr
• Lead client acquisition, relationship management, and key account handling
• Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and capability decks
• Handle tender documents, RFQs, pre-bid & post-bid activities
• Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and execution teams
• Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and contract finalization
• Prepare and maintain sales MIS, pipeline reports, and forecasts
• Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects
• Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution teams
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong experience in proposal making & client presentations
• Hands-on knowledge of tendering processes and documentation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to handle large-value deals independently
• Strong follow-up, reporting, and CRM discipline
• Understanding of interior fit-out & construction workflows
Eligibility Criteria
• Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in a similar vertical
(Interior / Construction / Design & Build companies)
• Education: Any English fluency must
• Proven track record in high-value project sales
• Experience in B2B / institutional sales preferred
