Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, expanding relationships with key accounts, and leading sales efforts for system integration services and HP products. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to identify opportunities, create tailored solutions, and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system integration projects and a proven track record of successfully selling HP technology products and services.


  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan focused on driving revenue growth through the sale of system integration services and HP products (servers, workstations, printers, storage solutions, etc.).
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within existing accounts and new markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders to promote business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute lead generation and promotional activities.
  • Account Management:
  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of key accounts to increase sales, customer satisfaction, and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and technical requirements related to HP products and system integration services.
  • Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients to showcase system integration solutions and HP products.
  • System Integration Solutions:
  • Leverage expertise in system integration to deliver end-to-end IT solutions that meet client needs, including hardware, software, networking, and security integration.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement system integration projects that align with client requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in system integration and HP products to provide innovative solutions.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and key business metrics to senior management.
  • Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Collaboration & Partnering:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HP and other strategic partners to ensure access to the latest products, services, and support.
  • Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, finance) to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
