About the Role



We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager responsible for generating new business opportunities, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth across sectors such as real estate, hospitality, and marketing services.


The candidate will play a key role in client acquisition, property onboarding, partnership development, and sales growth.





Key Responsibilities




1. Business Development



  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, digital platforms, and referrals.
  • Acquire new clients, projects, and partnerships in real estate, hospitality, and marketing sectors.
  • Build relationships with developers, property owners, hotels, resorts, hospitals, and corporates.




2. Client Acquisition



  • Pitch company services including marketing, sales, property listings, hospitality management, and consulting.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Convert leads into long-term business partnerships.




3. Property & Client Onboarding



  • Onboard properties, projects, resorts, and businesses on the platform or service portfolio.
  • Maintain a pipeline of active listings, clients, and partnerships.




4. Revenue Growth



  • Achieve monthly revenue and acquisition targets.
  • Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.




5. Market Research



  • Analyze market trends in real estate, hospitality, and digital marketing.
  • Identify potential high-demand projects, properties, and sectors for expansion.




6. Relationship Management



  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, property owners, and channel partners.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.






Key Skills Required



  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to generate and close high-value deals
  • Knowledge of real estate, hospitality, or marketing industry

Preferred Profile



  • Experience in real estate sales, hospitality partnerships, or marketing agency BD
  • Strong network with developers, property owners, hotels, or corporates
  • Ability to handle client meetings and deal closures independently






Compensation



  • Fixed Salary + High Incentives / Commission on closures
