Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management—ideally within the digital marketing or advertising space. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

• Identify and research potential clients and markets (local & international).
• Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking events.
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings.
• Sales & Client Acquisition

• Understand client needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, social media, web design, etc.).
• Create and deliver compelling sales proposals and pitches.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and hit monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Account & Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and upsell additional services.
• Serve as the point of contact between clients and internal teams during onboarding and handover.
• Strategy & Reporting

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align offerings with market demand.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.
