Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive/Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the company’s growth. You will play a key role in achieving revenue targets and expanding our client base.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, social media, website design, and branding.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through various channels (online platforms, referrals, networking, etc.).
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Proposal Development: Create and present proposals tailored to client needs and objectives.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to identify new opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and market insights.
