Job Description
- 1. International Market DevelopmentIdentify and evaluate new global markets for expansion
- Research demand, competition, and regulations in target countries
- Develop entry strategies (distributors, agents, direct sales)
- 2. Business Development & SalesGenerate leads and convert them into export orders
- Build long-term relationships with overseas clients and partners
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms
- Achieve export sales targets and revenue growth
- 3. Client & Partner ManagementManage distributors, dealers, and international clients
- Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings
- Handle client queries, complaints, and after-sales support
- 4. Export Operations CoordinationWork with logistics, shipping, and documentation teams
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations
- Oversee documentation like invoices, packing lists, LC (Letter of Credit), etc.
- 5. Strategy & PlanningCreate export business plans and sales forecasts
- Analyze performance data and market trends
- Recommend product adaptations for different markets
- 6. Work with multiple stake holders to develop a roadmap and projection for orders
