Job Description

• Drive business growth by acquiring new clients for financial products such as Mutual Funds, Investment Advisory, and Wealth Management Services.
• Develop and execute client acquisition strategies through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation channels.
• Meet prospective clients at the branch and through client visits to understand their financial needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and portfolio growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, documentation, and ongoing service support.
• Achieve assigned business targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate / Postgraduate (pursuing or completed).
• 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or financial services (Freshers with strong interest are welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English & Hindi.
• High interest in client acquisition, relationship management, and financial services sales.
