Business Development Manager (BDM)

We’re hiring a Business Development & Project Coordination professional to work closely with me on LeadCraft Alliance initiatives.

This is a client-facing, coordination-heavy role, ideal for someone confident, articulate, and comfortable supporting conversations, follow-ups, and ongoing engagements while working directly with founders across consulting, IT, BPO, and startup initiatives.

This is not a target-driven sales role.

The focus is on business development support, structured lead generation through research, relationship building, and smooth project coordination.

She will be involved in:

• B2B outreach & lead generation through research and structured communication
• Client meeting coordination & follow-ups
• Proposal support & CRM updates
• Partner interactions & reporting

The role may also involve occasional travel for client meetings, business research, and attending startup or networking events, providing valuable exposure across consulting, IT, BPO, and startup ecosystems.
