Job Description

Job Summary:

Balki Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., a digital marketing & advertising firm, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across the company. The candidate must have good knowledge of digital marketing and advertising.


Key Responsibilities:

 Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

 Pitch and sell Balki Enterprises’ digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, social media, bulk messaging, etc.) to businesses.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

 Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends.

 Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

 Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.

 Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and suggest avenues for improvement.

 Take periodic consumer feedback, liaising between client, operations and management to enhance & ensure customer satisfaction.

 Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.


Key Requirements:

 Proven experience in digital sales, key account management, business development, or a similar role.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to understand and sell digital marketing services and customized products.

 Goal-oriented mind-set with a passion for achieving targets.

 Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
