Business Development Manager (BDM)

description

    • Dealing with Key decision makers of Companies.

    • Responsible to convince Large Corporate Accounts to go for Retirement & Pension Fund & Invest in NPS Funds.

    • Responsible to drive business for Group Insurance business from Large & Key Account Corporates.

    • You will have to travel within the assigned geography to meet channel partner teams and customers. 

    • You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners. 

    • You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement. 

Graduation Must

Must have 1 year of experience in Banking, Finance, and Insurance Sales

Good Communication skills

Must have relevant documents like Aadhar, pan, Qualification degree and past employment certificate
