Business Development Manager (BDM)

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Business Development Manager – Logistics to lead load generation, transporter network expansion, and vehicle placement across daily operations. This role combines strategic planning with execution ownership and requires close coordination with operations, traffic, and client teams to drive revenue and service reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development to generate consistent freight loads and new client relationships
• Build, expand, and manage a strong network of transporters and fleet partners
• Lead commercial negotiations and ensure optimal vehicle placement for confirmed loads
• Oversee coordination between business, traffic, and operations for smooth execution
• Monitor performance, margins, and service efficiency across assigned lanes
• Strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and transport partners

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics business development, operations, or transport management
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and decision-making capability
• Ability to manage field coordination, calls, and stakeholder communication effectively

• Leadership capability to manage and guide teams when required
