Job Description

Business Development Manager (BDM)Position OverviewThe Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with partners and clients, and driving revenue through new business channels. The role involves market analysis, lead generation, partnership negotiation, and maintaining long-term client satisfaction.


The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and skilled in sales communication — capable of converting business leads into successful partnerships.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Identify potential markets, partners, and clients through research and networking.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential partners or investors.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline — from lead generation to closure.
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for brand expansion and promotional activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest new business initiatives.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on performance, leads, and revenue targets.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience with CRM tools, digital communication, and lead management.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
  • Relationship management and business networking skills.
  • QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or franchise management.
  • Experience in healthcare, service, or tech industry is an added advantage.
