Business Development Manager (BDM)

• Turn leads into loyal members through meaningful conversations, not pushy pitches.
• Understand customer goals and recommend the right fitness solutions like a pro coach.
• Follow up with prospects because consistency wins-on the floor and in sales.
• Hit (and exceed) sales targets with the same energy you’d bring to leg day.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, visits, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the fitness and marketing teams to drive campaigns and referrals.
• Represent the Earlyfit brand with positvity, professionalism, and passion. 

What we are looking for ?

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, or consulting (fitness/wellness is a bonus).
• Strong communicatiion skills-you know how to listen, not just talk.
• A goal-driven mindset with a hunger to grow and earn.
• Comfort with CRM tools, follow-ups, and performance metrics.
• A natural ability to build trust and relationships.
• Bonus points if you love fitness, wellness, or helping people improve their lives.
