Role Overview

This is a pure sales & revenue role for experienced professionals who understand service-based selling.

You will be responsible for:

• Generating fresh business
• Handling qualified inbound & outbound PR leads
• Closing PR retainers and one-time media campaigns

⚠️ This role is for serious sales professionals only.

Key Responsibilities

• Pitch PR & media services to founders, CXOs, startups, and business owners
• Convert inbound leads and actively generate outbound opportunities
• Clearly explain the value of media coverage & brand credibility
• Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures
• Maintain a strong follow-up system and sales pipeline
• Coordinate with PR & editorial teams post-conversion
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets

Eligibility & Experience (STRICT)

✅ Minimum 4–5 years of experience in:

• Service sales / B2B sales / agency sales
• PR, media, digital marketing, branding, or consulting sales (preferred)

❌ Do NOT apply if:

• Your experience is only in product or retail sales
• You are looking for a learning-only or support role
• You are uncomfortable with targets, follow-ups, or closing deals

Skills Required

• Proven experience selling high-value services
• Excellent communication & persuasion skills
• Strong understanding of startups, founders & brand positioning
• Ability to sell intangible value (credibility, reputation, media presence)
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined
