Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Description:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s client base and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

Lead sales initiatives and achieve revenue and growth targets

Prepare business proposals, contracts, and presentations

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Develop and implement business development strategies

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams

Negotiate deals and close high-value contracts

Track performance metrics and prepare management reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

Proven experience in business development or B2B sales

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Strategic thinking and analytical ability

Ability to manage key accounts and teams

Experience:

2–8 years of experience in business development / sales

Work Location:
