Job Summary:  

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client management, and the digital advertising industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and developing strategies to promote our services.

Key Responsibilities:  

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry connections.  

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising goals and proposing tailored solutions.  

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to design compelling pitches and presentations for prospective clients.  

- Plan and execute strategies to promote Promotion Adda’s services, including paid advertising campaigns, social media strategies, and promotional events.  

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and position the company strategically.  

- Manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.  

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.  

- Stay updated on digital advertising trends and implement best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.  

Qualifications:  

- Bachelor’s degree.  

- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in the digital advertising or marketing industry.  

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.  

- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube).  

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and client needs.  

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.  

- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.  

Preferred Skills:  

- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, or other marketplaces.  

- Familiarity with social media strategy development and execution.  

- Existing network in the advertising, marketing, or e-commerce industry.
