Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key client accounts via phone communication.
  • Work on online leads like India Mart & other platforms and initiate B2B sale on call.
  • Supervise and guide the team in handling client calls and managing internal sales.
  • Take orders from clients, process them efficiently, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer disputes and escalations professionally.
  • Track, monitor, and improve the performance of the team.

Key Competencies Required:

  • Soft-spoken with clear speech.
  • Confident and persuasive on calls.
  • Strong convincing and selling skills.
  • Must have an Android phone.
  • Prior experience in team handling of 8-10 member.
  • Must have managed 10–12 local B2B clients
  • Should have prior experience in at a marketing manager or BDE level
  • Must have led a sales or customer service team in the past
