Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager (EdTech)

Location: Delhi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our EdTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, conducting seminars, building strong relationships with government schools, and promoting our educational products & services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & OutreachIdentify and target new business opportunities in government and private schools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, teachers, and education officers.
  • Develop partnerships with government schools through existing links and networking.

Seminars & Presentations

  • Conduct engaging seminars, workshops, and product demonstrations for students, teachers, and parents.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute school visits and seminars to create brand awareness.
  • Represent the company at educational events, exhibitions, and outreach programs.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Understand customer needs and propose relevant EdTech solutions.
  • Follow up with leads generated from school visits, seminars, and marketing initiatives.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong follow-up with schools to ensure repeat business.
  • Establish long-term partnerships with government educational bodies.
  • Build a network of contacts in the education sector, especially in government school systems.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on visits, leads, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and product teams for promotional activities.
  • Provide feedback from schools to improve product offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Marketing preferred).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the EdTech sector.
  • Must have strong connections/links with government schools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
  • Ability to conduct seminars and engage large groups effectively.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Should be comfortable working and traveling across all locations in Delhi.
  • Willingness to travel to schools and educational institutions.

Salary:As per industry standards + Incentives
