Job Description

Aakav Fitness Equipment β€” a leading commercial gym equipment brand for gyms, fitness chains, corporates, and government institutions β€” is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and lead a high-performing sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

πŸ“Œ Revenue Generation & Business Expansion:


  • Drive and achieve aggressive monthly & quarterly revenue targets.
  • Generate revenue individually and through the sales team.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expansion markets, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build a strong pipeline of commercial gym setups, institutional projects, and government orders.


πŸ“Œ Client Acquisition & Market Penetration:


  • Identify, engage, and schedule visits with maximum potential clients β€” gyms, fitness chains, corporates, builders, and government bodies.
  • Conduct impactful product demos, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business and large-volume sales.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets consistently.
  • Track team performance, analyze gaps, and implement strategies for maximum sales efficiency.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, field visits, and performance reviews.
  • Build a result-oriented culture focused on growth, accountability, and revenue success.


What We’re Looking For:


  • 3–7 years of experience in high-value B2B/B2C sales β€” preferably commercial gym equipment, industrial equipment, or capital goods.
  • Strong expertise in business development, revenue growth, market expansion, and partnership building.
  • Proven record of closing large deals independently and leading sales teams to achieve aggressive targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client engagement skills.
  • Highly proactive, target-driven, and business-growth focused.
