Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager with a proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, an understanding of market trends, and the ability to close deals effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions in line with company offerings.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve outreach.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and pipeline activities using CRM tools.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to influence product development and strategy.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a business development, sales, or account management role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, convincing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and apply strategic thinking.
