Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base across Accounts, Bookkeeping, Taxation, Audit, Loans, and Real Estate Advisory Services. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with strong networking abilities and a deep understanding of financial and business services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and acquire new clients for:
• Accounting & Bookkeeping services
• Taxation & Compliance (Income Tax, GST, etc.)
• Audit & Assurance services
• Business & Personal Loans
• Real Estate investment and advisory solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with:
• Business owners, SMEs, and startups
• HNIs and investors
• Channel partners, brokers, and financial consultants
• Generate leads through:
• Field visits, networking, referrals, and digital platforms
• Strategic alliances with CA firms, consultants, and property dealers
• Understand client requirements and offer customized financial solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery

• Desired Candidate ProfileProven experience in business development / sales (preferably in financial services, CA firms, NBFCs, or real estate)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Good understanding of finance, taxation, and business compliance
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Existing network in business/financial ecosystem will be a strong advantage
