📝 We are looking for a dynamic and high-performing Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should excel in client acquisition, property presentations, negotiation, and deal closures.

• ✨ Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and convert new leads through calls, field visits, and client meetings.
• Handle end-to-end sales: client briefing → site visits → negotiation → closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and investors.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
• Meet monthly sales targets and maintain follow-up pipelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and smooth onboarding.
