📝 Job DescriptionWe are looking for a high-performing Admission Counsellor with strong sales skills to join our dynamic team at MGA Medical Global Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and converting doctors who have shown interest in our Fellowship, PG Diploma, and Certificate programs.
Your main goal is to close admissions, provide accurate information, maintain relationships, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for every doctor.
- 🧑‍⚕️ Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & ConversionContact doctors who have inquired or shown interest in our courses.
- Understand their requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up consistently via calls, WhatsApp, email, and video consultations.
- Convert leads into admissions by clearly explaining course benefits, fees, training options, certifications, and EMI plans.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission & revenue targets.
- 2. Counselling & GuidanceProvide complete information about online, offline, and hybrid learning modes.
- Explain national (UGC-accredited universities) and international certifications (CPD UK).
- Address doubts regarding curriculum, training hospitals, placements, and exam formats.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with doctors.
- 3. Sales Process ManagementMaintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM.
- Coordinate with the academic team for batch details and schedules.
- Guide doctors through the admission journey—document submission, registration fee payment, EMI setup, and onboarding.
- 4. Customer ExperienceEnsure every doctor receives professional, respectful, and high-quality support.
- Provide post-admission assistance when required.
- Maintain a strong brand image for MGA through excellent communication.
- 📊 Desired Skills & QualificationsProven experience in sales, counselling, telesales, or education admissions.
- Experience in healthcare or medical education is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong ability to explain, convince, and close deals.
- Good at follow-ups, negotiation, and handling objections.
- Comfortable working with CRM and maintaining reports.
- Target-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated.
