Job Description

Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing key accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new B2B clients, distributors, and bulk buyers
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, marketing) for smooth order execution
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback insights
  • Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and meetings
  • Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in FMCG, herbal, pharma, or similar industry)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in export sales or international markets (bonus)
  • Existing network of distributors or institutional buyers
  • Understanding of herbal/Ayurvedic product segment
