Job Description
Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing key accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new B2B clients, distributors, and bulk buyers
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, marketing) for smooth order execution
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback insights
- Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and meetings
- Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in FMCG, herbal, pharma, or similar industry)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Ability to travel as required
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting
- Preferred SkillsExperience in export sales or international markets (bonus)
- Existing network of distributors or institutional buyers
- Understanding of herbal/Ayurvedic product segment
