Business Promoter

About the Company:

We are a fast-growing kidswear brand focused on stylish, comfortable, and affordable clothing. We are expanding our on-ground presence and looking for energetic promoters to represent us.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident and energetic Promoter who will interact with customers, create engagement, and represent the brand across multiple touchpoints including street activities, pop-ups, and wholesale interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct street interviews and interact with parents to gather real feedback
• Approach and engage customers in markets, malls, and public places
• Showcase and explain kidswear products
• Work with a cameraman for on-ground video content
• Encourage customers to visit the store or shop online
• Assist and deal with wholesale customers for product showcasing and coordination
• Manage and operate popup stalls/kiosks in malls and events
• Maintain a positive and energetic brand image at all times

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi / basic English)
• Confident personality; not camera shy
• Comfortable talking to strangers
• Energetic, proactive, and presentable
• Prior promoter/sales experience is a plus
