Once selected you will handle incoming customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role involves managing client interactions through calls, confidently addressing queries, and facilitating connections with legal professionals. Additional responsibilities include assisting with sales processes, maintaining records, and ensuring client satisfaction.QualificationsStrong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact CentersExcellent Communication skills with the ability to handle diverse client interactions professionallyExperience in Sales and driving customer engagementProficiency in record-keeping and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFluency in English, Hindi, and additional regional languages is a plusProven track record in a customer-facing role is preferred
