Job Description
BERG INFOTECH LLP is hiring Lead Generation Executive in bulk for Australian Energy & UtilityCampaign. We are working in International Market since 2018. We are a genuine organization with alllegal licenses and certificates of BPO Industry.

Salary:
1. Up to 20 k + Unlimited Incentives (Fresher)
2. Up to 30 K + Unlimited Incentives (Experienced)
Shift-Timings:
1. 5:00 AM To 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
2. 5:00 AM To 11:00 AM (Saturday)
3. Sunday Fixed Off

Responsibilities:
Calling customers and updating them about the company's products, services, or new launches.
Comfortable working with targets/monthly goals.
Addressing any customer queries and complaints.
Questioning customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
Maintaining and updating database with customer information.
Fulfilling the monthly and yearly sales target.
Creating and presenting detailed sales reports
Directing potential sales leads to the Sales Representatives.
Maintaining a record of day-to-day calls and sales activities.
Assisting the Sales department in planning and implementing effective sales strategies.
Monitoring KPIs and sales achievements.
Analyzing and presenting competitor sales activities.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry developments and company offerings.
Assisting in facilitating future sales.
Noting customer requirements or orders and processing the same to the concerned
department.
