BERG INFOTECH LLP is hiring Lead Generation Executive in bulk for Australian Energy & UtilityCampaign. We are working in International Market since 2018. We are a genuine organization with alllegal licenses and certificates of BPO Industry. Can apply:  Undergraduates (Any Discipline)  Graduates (Any Discipline)  Post Gradates ((Any Discipline) Salary: 1. Up to 20 k + Unlimited Incentives (Fresher) 2. Up to 30 K + Unlimited Incentives (Experienced) Shift-Timings: 1. 5:00 AM To 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) 2. 5:00 AM To 11:00 AM (Saturday) 3. Sunday Fixed Off Benefits: 1. Breakfast 2. One side Cab 3. Domestic Tour (After Each 6 Months) 4. International Tour (After Each 12 Months) Responsibilities:  Calling customers and updating them about the company's products, services, or new launches.  Comfortable working with targets/monthly goals.  Addressing any customer queries and complaints.  Questioning customers to understand their requirements and preferences.  Maintaining and updating database with customer information.  Fulfilling the monthly and yearly sales target.  Creating and presenting detailed sales reports  Directing potential sales leads to the Sales Representatives.  Maintaining a record of day-to-day calls and sales activities.  Assisting the Sales department in planning and implementing effective sales strategies.  Monitoring KPIs and sales achievements.  Analyzing and presenting competitor sales activities.  Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry developments and company offerings.  Assisting in facilitating future sales.  Noting customer requirements or orders and processing the same to the concerned department. Requirements: * Proven work experience as a Lead Generation Executive * Excellent communication and convincing Skills
