Job Description
Conduct new hire, product, refresher, and BANT training
Deliver coaching, mock calls, and floor support to agents
Perform regular call audits and quality checks
Share feedback and corrective action plans with agents and TLs
Identify training needs through quality analysis
Ensure process, policy, and compliance adherence
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly QA reports
Participate in calibrations with operations and stakeholders
Support improvement in agent performance, productivity, and quality scores
